After two years of studying advertising in college Fred Vasseur began assisting an english photographer who was based in Paris. It was during this time Fred started shooting still life with large format camera. After two years of assisting, Fred began to shoot food, and traveled to many countries specializing in food photography. This eventually led to his shooting interiors and locations for prestigious European editorial clients such as French Marie Claire Maison , Coté Sud, English House & Garden, and French Elle Decor. Fred is married and lives in Paris with their two boys. Fred shoots in the US regularly .
